Returns & Replacements
As we deal in food products, returns are accepted only if the product received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or unfit for use
- Incorrect item delivered
- Has a quality-related issue
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return or replacement request has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If the product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on the nature of the issue and your preference.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used or consumed.
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage is caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
- Request is made without sufficient details to verify the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.
